Extremely convenient family-run hotel with spacious bedrooms. Spacious rooms with an absolutely gorgeous view of the sea.

Smelly room, dirty, they will charge you even for extra toilet paper!!!! There are nices places for the kind of money they charge per nite, which is not the cheapest in town

Lovely apartment and comfortable beds

Unable to cook meat etc in the apartment on the cooker! Notice tells you to cook meat on the barbecue outside and bring inside to eat! Also, apartmentr is a long way from the centre of town (about a 30 minute walk)

Booked a room with fabulous views of the sea. My room included crockery and cutlery. The location was great, really close to the main flight path, the beach and the esplanade and town centre, in a beautiful area.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and in the best area of the city. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with garden furniture. The swimming pool was fantastic, offering a saltwater pool and sun loungers to relax on. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

The location was very good and the unit was nice.

I was very disappointed because I book for 5 people and was happy for the 5th bed to be a rollaway however the rollaway did not fit in any of the bedrooms so someone had to sleep in the hallway. I feel the room was not suited to 5 people.

. The rooms were very clean and modern in design/ funiture. The kids loved swimming in the pool and playing in the park over the road.

Particularly good location in the park over the road with views of the sea. Based adjacent to a constant stream, the beach and the esplanade, and restaurants, the CBD and the Reef Terminal.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the waterfront provides stunning views, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a washing machine and separate bathrooms. The breakfast served here is also a highlight, with breathtaking views to start your day.

The washing machine didnt work the dish washer broke down for 3 b/r apartemnnt the general provisions were poor eg only one tea towel; no condiments; no pot mit, oven racks were dirty, decor is tired and dated

This hotel is located in the best area of the city, right on the waterfront and on the Esplanade. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern furnishings and pleasant harbour views. The staff provide exceptional customer service and are very helpful.

The only minor issue was that the kitchen pantry could have been cleaner.

hotel was clean well supplied with cooking and catering utensils, staff were nice friendly and helpful, on elsplanade for easy walking access to main shopping and entertainment areas approximately a 2km flat walk along lovely well maintained esplanade

Family-run hotel in an excellent area next to cairns city centre and esplanade, the night markets and restaurants, and the main bars and entertainment were. Good location, walking distance to everywhere. Overall enjoyable stay on holidays.
